COOP Featured Contract

SPAARK supports the Army COOP Program Manager, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, DAMO-ODO in developing all aspects of a viable COOP program as defined by NSPD 51/HSPD 20, CJCS, and OSD plans and directives for the SECARMY and the CSA.

 

This support includes the planning, training, and exercising tasks related to COOP processes and COOP-related information technology and command and control systems and programs described in the Joint Staff, OSD, and Army publications.

SPAARK also provides operations, maintenance and security protection of critical IT/communications and facility support infrastructure required to support the execution of HQDA mission essential functions.  We provide IT support and services for HQDA organizations and agencies at numerous Continuity of Operations relocation facilities.  In coordination with ERF IT providers, we execute systems administration and network management responsibilities for all designated ERS workstations, servers, and network hardware.
